Esse resultado foi impulsionado pelo aumento de <strong>23%<\/strong> nas receitas provenientes da produ\u00e7\u00e3o e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>biometano<\/strong>, que atingiram <strong>\u20ac 52,8 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>, compensando a redu\u00e7\u00e3o nas vendas de equipamentos (-55%) decorrente da entrada em opera\u00e7\u00e3o da unidade vendida no Canad\u00e1 (projeto Hartland).<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>O portf\u00f3lio de unidades <strong>WAGABOX\u00ae<\/strong> operadas pelo Grupo produziu <strong>674 GWh de biometano<\/strong> em 2025 (+17% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2024), dos quais <strong>245 GWh<\/strong> foram produzidos fora da Fran\u00e7a (36%). Esse crescimento foi impulsionado principalmente pelo efeito de um ano completo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o das nove unidades comissionadas em 2024 e pela entrada em opera\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova unidade nos Estados Unidos (Scott Area).<\/p>\n<p>O Grupo manteve um elevado n\u00edvel de desempenho operacional, alcan\u00e7ando uma disponibilidade m\u00e9dia de <strong>95%<\/strong> para as unidades em opera\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00e1 mais de 12 meses.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, a Waga Energy opera <strong>35 unidades de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de biometano<\/strong> na Fran\u00e7a, Espanha, Canad\u00e1 e Estados Unidos, representando uma <strong>capacidade instalada de aproximadamente 520 mil m\u00b3\/dia<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m disso, <strong>19 unidades<\/strong> est\u00e3o em constru\u00e7\u00e3o na Fran\u00e7a, Espanha, It\u00e1lia, Canad\u00e1 e Estados Unidos, adicionando cerca de <strong>493 mil m\u00b3\/dia de capacidade instalada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Com base nesses <strong>54 projetos<\/strong>, o Grupo estima receitas recorrentes anuais contratadas de aproximadamente <strong>\u20ac 215 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com \u20ac 170 milh\u00f5es um ano antes.<\/p>\n<p>A atividade comercial resultou na assinatura de <strong>seis novos contratos em 2025<\/strong>, representando uma capacidade instalada de aproximadamente <strong>192 mil m\u00b3\/dia de biometano<\/strong>, ligeiramente abaixo do desempenho de 2024, quando foram assinados dez projetos representando cerca de <strong>219 mil m\u00b3\/dia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mesmo em um ambiente menos favor\u00e1vel para contratos de compra de biometano nos Estados Unidos, a Waga Energy continua muito bem posicionada para crescer no mercado de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s de aterro.
