Chegada do Biog\u00e1s<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">O biog\u00e1s bruto que chega \u00e0 unidade WAGABOX\u00ae cont\u00e9m metano, di\u00f3xido de carbono e ar (oxig\u00eanio e nitrog\u00eanio), e geralmente apresenta alto teor de umidade. Tamb\u00e9m cont\u00e9m tra\u00e7os de outros gases, principalmente sulfeto de hidrog\u00eanio e compostos org\u00e2nicos vol\u00e1teis (COVs). Pr\u00e9-tratamento<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">Antes de iniciar o tratamento do biog\u00e1s, o sulfeto de hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 removido com carv\u00e3o ativado para evitar corros\u00e3o, minimizar as emiss\u00f5es de SOx e proteger os equipamentos. Compressor de Membrana<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">O m\u00f3dulo de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o por membrana consiste em um compressor e conjuntos de membranas, todos instalados dentro de um cont\u00eainer. A unidade separa o di\u00f3xido de carbono dos demais componentes. O cont\u00eainer tamb\u00e9m abriga outros equipamentos: controladores que operam a instala\u00e7\u00e3o, v\u00e1lvulas de controle e outro compressor que envia o biometano para a esta\u00e7\u00e3o de inje\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"dnxte_hotspot_child_3 dnxte_hotspot_child has-hotspot-child et_pb_module\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_child\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-item tooltip-bottom\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-content\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspots__wrapper\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot__text\">4<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-text\"><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content-container\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_text\">4. Filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por membrana<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">A compress\u00e3o \u00e9 aumentada, seguida pelo resfriamento do g\u00e1s, secagem e remo\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3leo. Adsor\u00e7\u00e3o por varia\u00e7\u00e3o de press\u00e3o e temperatura<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">O sistema de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o por oscila\u00e7\u00e3o de press\u00e3o e temperatura (PTSA, Pressure and temperature swing adsorption) remove quaisquer tra\u00e7os residuais de di\u00f3xido de carbono do biog\u00e1s antes da destila\u00e7\u00e3o criog\u00eanica, evitando a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de gelo seco. Destila\u00e7\u00e3o Criog\u00eanica<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">A unidade de destila\u00e7\u00e3o criog\u00eanica separa o metano do nitrog\u00eanio e do oxig\u00eanio contidos no biog\u00e1s. Ela consiste em uma coluna de destila\u00e7\u00e3o e um trocador de calor. Uma pequena quantidade de nitrog\u00eanio l\u00edquido \u00e9 utilizada, principalmente durante a fase de inicializa\u00e7\u00e3o. Esta\u00e7\u00e3o de inje\u00e7\u00e3o<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">Ao final do processo de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o, o metano atinge 98% de pureza: o g\u00e1s de aterro sanit\u00e1rio se transforma em G\u00e1s Natural Renov\u00e1vel (GNR). O GNR \u00e9 transportado para a esta\u00e7\u00e3o de inje\u00e7\u00e3o da operadora da rede.
