Il s\u2019agit du premier projet de production de biom\u00e9thane \u00e0 partir d\u2019une source de<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>biogaz \u00ab hybride \u00bb<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>en Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Le biogaz du site Puy-Long est aujourd\u2019hui valoris\u00e9 par un moteur sous forme d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, et celui de l\u2019usine de m\u00e9thanisation de Vern\u00e9a alimente une unit\u00e9 de valorisation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (incin\u00e9rateur). Le m\u00e9lange de ces deux flux fournira un volume de biogaz suffisant pour r\u00e9aliser un projet d\u2019injection de biom\u00e9thane.<\/p>\n<p>La valorisation du biogaz en biom\u00e9thane garantit un<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>nettement sup\u00e9rieur, et fournit une<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>\u00e9nergie renouvelable<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>qui peut \u00eatre facilement stock\u00e9e et transport\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce aux infrastructures gazi\u00e8res existantes. Le biom\u00e9thane substitue en outre les \u00e9nergies fossiles sur des usages fortement \u00e9metteurs de carbone comme l\u2019industrie et le transport.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019unit\u00e9 WAGABOX<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0du Valtom injectera jusqu\u2019\u00e0 15 GWh de biom\u00e9thane par an dans le r\u00e9seau de GRDF, soit l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de la consommation de plus de 2 000 foyers. La substitution du gaz naturel<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>\u00e9vitera l\u2019\u00e9mission de 2 500 tonnes d\u2019eqCO<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>par an dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re. L\u2019unit\u00e9 alimentera notamment la premi\u00e8re station d\u2019avitaillement en carburants alternatifs de Clermont-Ferrand, mise en service en 2021 \u00e0 Gandaillat.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_2 et_pb_row et_flex_row et_animated post-text-row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_2 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_24_24 et_flex_column_24_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_cta_2 et_pb_promo et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module post-text\"><div class=\"et_pb_promo_description\"><div class=\"et_pb_promo_content\"><p>\u00ab<em>\u00a0Le lancement de ce projet innovant, unique en France, est l\u2019aboutissement de quatre ann\u00e9es de concertation avec les services de l\u2019\u00c9tat, pour faire \u00e9voluer une r\u00e9glementation qui ne permettait pas jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent de produire du biom\u00e9thane en m\u00e9langeant le biogaz d\u2019une usine de m\u00e9thanisation et celui d\u2019une ISDND. Notre d\u00e9termination a port\u00e9 ses fruits et va permettre au Valtom d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9ploiement des \u00e9nergies renouvelables sur le territoire, au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de l\u2019ensemble des habitants du Puy-de-D\u00f4me<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00bb.<span class=\"level-s\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"level-s\"><strong>Laurent Battut,<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><em>pr\u00e9sident du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valtom63.fr\/\">Valtom<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>Ce projet de double valorisation illustre les synergies qui peuvent exister entre une usine de m\u00e9thanisation et un site de stockage des d\u00e9chets, d\u00e8s lors que ce dernier est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une unit\u00e9 WAGABOX<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0et reli\u00e9 au r\u00e9seau de gaz.
