Como se anunci\u00f3 el 10 de febrero de 2026, los ingresos consolidados alcanzaron <strong>59,6 millones de euros<\/strong> en 2025, un aumento del <strong>7 %<\/strong> respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, impulsado por el crecimiento del <strong>23 %<\/strong> de los ingresos procedentes de la producci\u00f3n y valorizaci\u00f3n de biometano. Este crecimiento compens\u00f3 la disminuci\u00f3n de las ventas de equipos (-55 %), vinculada a la puesta en marcha del proyecto Hartland en Canad\u00e1.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>El aumento de los ingresos y una gesti\u00f3n rigurosa de los costes permitieron a Waga Energy alcanzar el <strong>equilibrio de EBITDA anual<\/strong>, con un EBITDA de <strong>1,2 millones de euros<\/strong> en 2025 (+3,8 millones de euros respecto a 2024), antes de lo previsto, gracias a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>23 millones de euros de EBITDA de proyectos<\/strong>, un aumento de 5 millones de euros respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, mientras que los costes de plataforma alcanzaron <strong>-22 millones de euros<\/strong>, con un incremento moderado de 2 millones de euros.<\/li>\n<li>Una fuerte conversi\u00f3n del EBITDA de proyectos en flujos de caja: el <strong>95 % de los 23 millones de euros de EBITDA de proyectos<\/strong> se convirti\u00f3 en flujos de caja de proyectos durante 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En 2025, las inversiones (CapEx) del Grupo alcanzaron <strong>118 millones de euros<\/strong>, el flujo de caja libre despu\u00e9s de intereses fue de <strong>-116 millones de euros<\/strong> y el resultado neto se situ\u00f3 en <strong>-30 millones de euros<\/strong>, reflejando la expansi\u00f3n continua de la cartera de unidades WAGABOX\u00ae.<\/p>\n<p>Waga Energy mantuvo un elevado nivel de rendimiento operativo en 2025, con una disponibilidad media del <strong>95 %<\/strong> para las unidades en funcionamiento desde hace m\u00e1s de 12 meses.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, Waga Energy opera <strong>36 unidades de producci\u00f3n de biometano<\/strong> en Francia, Espa\u00f1a, Canad\u00e1 y Estados Unidos, con una <strong>capacidad instalada de 1,9 TWh al a\u00f1o<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, <strong>19 unidades<\/strong> est\u00e1n en construcci\u00f3n en Francia, Espa\u00f1a, Italia, Canad\u00e1 y Estados Unidos, representando una capacidad instalada adicional cercana a <strong>1,8 TWh al a\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque el plazo de puesta en marcha de las unidades en Estados Unidos es m\u00e1s largo de lo previsto debido a requisitos regulatorios y de conexi\u00f3n espec\u00edficos, la cartera total de <strong>55 proyectos<\/strong> representar\u00e1, una vez completada, unos ingresos recurrentes anuales contratados estimados en <strong>221 millones de euros<\/strong>, frente a 182 millones de euros un a\u00f1o antes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_1 et_pb_row et_flex_row et_animated post-text-row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_1 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_24_24 et_flex_column_24_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_cta_1 et_pb_promo et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module post-text\"><div class=\"et_pb_promo_description\"><div class=\"et_pb_promo_content\"><p>\u201cEn 2025, Waga Energy combin\u00f3 un impacto ambiental medible con una s\u00f3lida disciplina financiera, alcanzando el equilibrio anual de EBITDA antes de lo previsto.
