Pretratamiento<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">Antes de iniciar el proceso de tratamiento del biog\u00e1s, se elimina el sulfuro de hidr\u00f3geno con carb\u00f3n activado para prevenir la corrosi\u00f3n, minimizar las emisiones de SOx y proteger los equipos. Posteriormente, el biog\u00e1s se enfr\u00eda en un intercambiador de calor para eliminar el agua mediante condensaci\u00f3n.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"dnxte_hotspot_child_2 dnxte_hotspot_child has-hotspot-child et_pb_module\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_child\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-item tooltip-bottom\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-content\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspots__wrapper\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot__text\">3<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-text\"><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content-container\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_text\">3. Compresor de membrana<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">El m\u00f3dulo de purificaci\u00f3n por membrana consta de un compresor y conjuntos de membranas, todos instalados dentro de un contenedor. La unidad separa el di\u00f3xido de carbono de los dem\u00e1s componentes. El contenedor tambi\u00e9n alberga otros equipos: controladores que operan la instalaci\u00f3n, v\u00e1lvulas de control y otro compresor que env\u00eda el biometano a la estaci\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"dnxte_hotspot_child_3 dnxte_hotspot_child has-hotspot-child et_pb_module\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_child\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-item tooltip-bottom\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-content\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspots__wrapper\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot__text\">4<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-text\"><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content-container\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_text\">4. Eliminaci\u00f3n de COV<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">El sistema de adsorci\u00f3n por cambio de presi\u00f3n, o PSA, elimina los compuestos org\u00e1nicos vol\u00e1tiles presentes en el biog\u00e1s. Consta de tres contenedores montados uno al lado del otro, cada uno con diferentes lechos adsorbentes.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"dnxte_hotspot_child_4 dnxte_hotspot_child has-hotspot-child et_pb_module\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_child\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-item tooltip-bottom\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-content\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspots__wrapper\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot__text\">5<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-text\"><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content-container\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_text\">5. Filtraci\u00f3n por membrana<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">Se aumenta la compresi\u00f3n, seguida del enfriamiento del gas, el secado y la eliminaci\u00f3n del aceite. El CO2 se elimina en dos etapas mediante membranas polim\u00e9ricas.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"dnxte_hotspot_child_5 dnxte_hotspot_child has-hotspot-child et_pb_module\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_child\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-item tooltip-bottom\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-content\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspots__wrapper\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot__text\">6<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-text\"><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content-container\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_text\">6. Adsorci\u00f3n por variaci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n y temperatura<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">El sistema de adsorci\u00f3n por variaci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n y temperatura (PTSA) elimina cualquier rastro residual de di\u00f3xido de carbono del biog\u00e1s antes de la destilaci\u00f3n criog\u00e9nica, evitando as\u00ed la formaci\u00f3n de hielo seco. El PTSA consta de dos recipientes con adsorbentes microporosos que funcionan alternativamente: mientras un recipiente est\u00e1 en la fase de adsorci\u00f3n, el otro se encuentra en la de regeneraci\u00f3n.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"dnxte_hotspot_child_6 dnxte_hotspot_child has-hotspot-child et_pb_module\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_child\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-item tooltip-bottom\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-content\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspots__wrapper\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot__text\">7<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-text\"><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content-container\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_text\">7. Destilaci\u00f3n criog\u00e9nica<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">La unidad de destilaci\u00f3n criog\u00e9nica separa el metano del nitr\u00f3geno y el ox\u00edgeno presentes en el biog\u00e1s. Consta de una columna de destilaci\u00f3n y un intercambiador de calor. Se utiliza una peque\u00f1a cantidad de nitr\u00f3geno l\u00edquido, principalmente durante la fase de arranque. El biog\u00e1s se enfr\u00eda a -161 \u00b0C para licuar el metano, que se recupera por gravedad, mientras que los gases de aire se env\u00edan al oxidante.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"dnxte_hotspot_child_7 dnxte_hotspot_child has-hotspot-child et_pb_module\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_child\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-item tooltip-bottom\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-content\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspots__wrapper\"><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-hotspot__text\">8<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"dnxte-hostpot-tooltip-text\"><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content-container\"><div class=\"dnxte_tooltip_text\">8. Estaci\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n<\/div><div class=\"dnxte-tooltip-content\">Al finalizar el proceso de purificaci\u00f3n, el metano alcanza una pureza del 98%: el gas de vertedero se transforma en biometano. El biometanose transporta a la estaci\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n del operador de la red.
