As announced on February 10th, 2026, consolidated revenues reached \u20ac 59.6m in 2025, up +7% yoy, thanks to the sale and upgrade of biomethane up +23% yoy, compensating the equipment sales decrease (-55% yoy) due to the commissioning of the Hartland project in Canada.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_2 et_pb_row et_flex_row et_animated post-text-row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_2 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_24_24 et_flex_column_24_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_cta_1 et_pb_promo et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module post-text\"><div class=\"et_pb_promo_description\"><div class=\"et_pb_promo_content\"><p>Increased revenues and healthy cost\u202fmanagement have allowed Waga Energy to reach its full year EBITDA breakeven at +\u20ac 1.2m\u202f(+\u20ac 3.8m yoy) for 2025, ahead of plans, with :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+\u20ac 23m of Projects EBITDA, up +\u20ac 5m yoy, whereas platform costs reach -\u20ac 22m, growing moderately by +\u20ac 2m.<\/li>\n<li>A strong conversion of Projects EBITDA into Projects cashflows (95% of the +\u20ac 23m Projects EBITDA having been converted into Projects cashflows in 2025).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In 2025, Group capex have reached \u20ac 118m, free cashflow after interest -\u20ac 116m, and net result -\u20ac 30m, led by the WAGABOX\u00ae portfolio expansion.<\/p>\n<p>Waga Energy has maintained In 2025 a high-performance level, achieving an average availability of 95% for units that have been in operation for more than 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>To date, Waga Energy operates 36 biomethane production units in France, Spain, Canada and the United States, offering an installed capacity of 1.9 TWh p.a., and 19 units are under construction in France, Spain, Italy, Canada and the United States, representing an additional installed capacity of close to 1.8 TWh p.a.<\/p>\n<p>Even if the time needed for commissioning its units in the US is longer than expected due to a complex set of local specificities resulting in delays on permitting and interconnects, the Group\u2019s portfolio of 55 projects will represent when delivered estimated signed annual recurring revenues of around \u20ac 221m, compared to \u20ac 182m one year ago.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_3 et_pb_row et_flex_row et_animated post-text-row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_3 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_24_24 et_flex_column_24_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_cta_2 et_pb_promo et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module post-text\"><div class=\"et_pb_promo_description\"><div class=\"et_pb_promo_content\"><p>\u201cIn 2025, Waga Energy combined measurable environmental impact with strong financial discipline, reaching fullyear EBITDA breakeven ahead of plan.
