Using our patented WAGABOX\u00ae technology, the unit will process up to 1,600 m\u00b3 of biogas per hour and produce more than 210,000 MMBtu of RNG per year, injected directly into the local gas grid. This project addresses recent state environmental regulations requiring improved control of methane emissions from waste disposal sites.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_2 et_pb_row et_flex_row et_animated post-text-row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_2 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_24_24 et_flex_column_24_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_cta_1 et_pb_promo et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module post-text\"><div class=\"et_pb_promo_description\"><h2 class=\"et_pb_module_header\">Environmental impact and decarbonization<\/h2><div class=\"et_pb_promo_content\"><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The project will offset approximately 12,200 metric tons of CO\u2082-equivalent emissions per year by capturing methane\u2014a powerful greenhouse gas\u2014and upgrading it into RNG. This reduction is equivalent to about 126,000 MMBtu of energy, comparable to the energy content of more than 3.7 million liters of diesel fuel.
