Nicolas Paget, a materials engineer with a degree from the Universit\u00e9 de Technologie de Compi\u00e8gne (UTC), gained valuable experience working on significant industrial projects at Technip. He later joined Air Liquide, where he played a crucial role in designing and constructing France's first biogas purification units.
\nMr. Paget, along with Mathieu Lefebvre and Gu\u00e9na\u00ebl Prince, embarked on a journey to explore simple and cost-effective methods for purifying biogas from landfill sites to extract valuable biomethane (RNG).

A graduate of the CentraleSup\u00e9lec engineering school and the Paris Institute of Political Science, Jean-Michel Thibaud began his career in structured financing at Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, then at Ixis (today known as Natixis). In 2001, he joined the Orange group as a Project Financing Manager and then Head of Project Finance, before becoming the Group Treasurer from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, he joined Orange Business Services as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, strategy, transformation, and general services. Since 2019, he was Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Orange group in charge of controlling, and acted as the group's interim Chief Financial Officer between March and September 2023. A graduate of \u00c9cole Polytechnique and ENSTA Paris, Luc R\u00e9mont began his career in 1993 as an engineer at the French Defence Procurement Agency (DGA), where he worked on the development of Earth observation satellites. From 1996 to 2007, he held various positions at the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, notably supervising relations with international financial institutions and state-owned enterprises. He served as Technical Advisor and then Deputy Chief of Staff to the Ministers from 2002 to 2007. In 2007, Luc R\u00e9mont joined the private sector at Merrill Lynch, before becoming Country Executive and Managing Director of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in France in 2009. In 2014, he became President of Schneider Electric France, and was then appointed Executive Vice President of International Operations in 2017. In November 2022, Luc R\u00e9mont was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EDF, the global leader in low-carbon electricity. During two and a half years at the helm of the Group, he led EDF's operational and financial turnaround in the context of the European energy crisis. After leaving EDF at the end of his term in May 2025, he has been developing activities in the fields of decarbonization technologies, electricity and digital. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Baptiste Usquin, CEO of Waga Energy Spain. Mr Usquin holds a master's degree in management from Neoma Business School and a master's degree in water management from the Polytechnic University of Barcelona. Mr Usquin began his career in Spain, in an industrial company specialising in roof tiles, and later began his career in the energy sector, joining the Electrabel group (now part of ENGIE) in Paris in 2008. He then moved to Barcelona to join Aguas de Barcelona in 2010. He held a number of positions there, initially as Energy Contract Manager, before being appointed Energy Product Manager from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, Mr Usquin took up a global position as Category Manager within Suez's Purchasing Department in Paris. Since August 2021, Mr Usquin has been CEO of Waga Energy in Spain, an industrial gas company that has developed a unique technology for converting landfill biogas into biomethane. Andrea Baldini is the CEO of Waga Energy Italia. He is a passionate and goal-oriented professional, with over a decade of experience in business development and marketing in the international renewable energy and environmental services market.
